Bremont has been on an unwavering 19 year quest to manufacture watches in the UK and the opening of our new centre is a considerable leap towards that dream. The Bremont Manufacturing & Technology Centre, aka “The Wing”, is a state-of-the-art facility for manufacturing mechanical watches, the likes of which hasn’t been seen here in the UK since the 70s.

The Bremont Manufacturing & Technology Centre is the next chapter in the brand’s story and the new site paves the way for a new era in British watchmaking with capacity for exponential growth, increased manufacturing capabilities, job creation, skills development, and a resolute intention of working with more high-quality British suppliers.

As part of the opening Bremont brings a host of new product to market, including the first chronograph to grace the specialised Supermarine dive collection, a new version of the Argonaut which forms part of Bremont’s Armed Forces Collection and a rather special box set celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Jaguar E-type.

The Supermarine Chrono

The first sports chronograph in the iconic Supermarine dive collection, being worn and tested by former Royal Marine Commando, ex Special Forces Sergeant and current ‘SAS: Who Dares Wins’ star, Jason Fox, the latest ambassador to join Bremont’s impressive line-up.

The Argonaut Azure

The latest addition to Bremont’s Armed Forces Collection, a collection borne out of a collaboration with Britain’s Ministry of Defence and honouring Her Majesty’s Armed Forces. The striking new blue dialled Argonaut Azure is a 42mm hardened steel cased military dive watch.

The new S302 joins Bremont’s Supermarine Type 300 range, a range that responded to a demand for a professional dive watch in a slightly smaller iteration at 40mm. The vintage aesthetic follows on from its predecessor, the S301, but with added GMT functionality.

Limited Edition Jaguar Box Set

To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Jaguar E-type Bremont has released 120 box sets, each containing one of the two different coloured bezel chronographs as well as Bremont’s first ever rally timer. Every box set also comes with a rather special unique driving experience hosted by Jaguar Classic.

Two British engineering businesses, each with its own British heritage, both based in Oxfordshire and both embarking on pivotal new chapters in 2021. As Bremont becomes Official Timing Partner to Williams Racing, the two firms will be starting a new journey together going into the 2021 Formula One season and will be looking to collaborate on a deeper technical level throughout the partnership.

We are delighted to offer hosted tours of the new Bremont Manufacturing & Technology Centre. The state-of-the-art 35,000 sq ft facility, set in the heart of the Chiltern valley, is the veritable home of British watchmaking and Bremont is proud to be at the forefront of the revival of this historically British craft.
